A tailored, one-hour treatment for younger clients experiencing injury, postural concerns, or strain from sport and activity. This session includes age-appropriate assessment, hands-on therapy, and guided rehab exercises to support recovery, movement, and long-term physical well-being.

Delivered in a calm, supportive setting by a qualified Clinical MSK Therapist.
